Solution Carpet Cleaning sets the standard for safe and effective non-toxic carpet cleaning. We use no butyl or d-limonene solvents, enzymes or phosphates which may be harmful if inhaled during the cleaning process. High quality, crystallizing, green plant based cleaners are used for a natural clean that does not leave behind soil attracting residues leaving your carpet sparkling clean and residue free. Our cleaning agents are also specially formulated to not remove your carpet's built in stain protector in fact with the encapsulation cleaning process the fibers are conditioned to become more soil resistant. Process:

Pre-inspection: We inspect your carpet's soiling condition and talk with you about your particular concerns and problem areas.

Commercial Pre-vacuum: Harmful sand and dry soil is more effectively removed when the carpet is dry. That's why a good commercial vacuuming is an essential first step.

Pre-treatment: We pre-treat the carpet with a heated pre-spray enzyme cleaner that softens soil all the way down the fiber shaft so that the soil can be completely removed. Special stains (such as pet stains) are treated with specialized cleaning agents appropriate for that stain.

Extract & Rinse: The softened soil is removed with hot water leaving the pile in a residue free condition. (Cleaning residue is what attracts new soil so it is important to have a residue free cleaning process) You might also like to know that your carpet backing remains dry during the process as a result of our high vacuum pressure, extending the life of your carpet.

Post Spotting: Any remaining spots are treated with a series of cleaners until the spot has been removed. (In some cases a spot may be permanent.)

Post Inspection: After we have again inspected your carpet we give you the opportunity to inspect our work. It really matters to us that you are more than satisfied!
