This is probably the first question we hear, and I guess that’s what I always ask too. Many people will give you a price and then on the day of the job they will not “guarantee the job” unless you have some mysterious extra needed service or treatment and they will usually charge much more than we would have. Those type of companies bait and switch and only exist to take your money.

Our quoted prices should be considered a maximum price per square foot. (If it takes us less time than we expect, we charge you less as we are looking for long term client relationships).

When figuring your “ball park” price on a whole house cleaning you can figure about 60-70% of your home is carpeted on average.
