ODOR REMOVAL

Pictured above is a relatively new invention for sub-surface cleaning, that is cleaning the carpet fiber, backing and pad where odors reside. We use a series of 3 solutions and have had great success in removing odors cause by organic spills like vomit, milk and urine.

Step 1: Soak 10 minutes with a pretreatment that dissolves salts and rinse

Step 2: Soak with an enzyme for 45 minutes and rinse to kill bacteria and remove lipids.

Step 3: Soak 10 minutes with an odor encapsulating product to seal any remaining odors and extract and rinse.

It is pretty involved process but in many cases saves you from a total carpet replacement.

Other deodorizing services include: Thermo Fog Deodorizing (removes smoke and cooking odors from carpet, walls and ceilings and General Carpet Deodorizing (for small organic spills and general re-freshening of carpet pile).
