When your carpets are in really bad shape we recommend this option. The Cimex pre-shampoo process thoroughly agitates all sides of the fiber. The fact that the 3 brushes turn one way and the whole disc turns the other way is very important. This eliminates wear to your carpet during the process (see video). Another plus with this package is that we are able to hot-water extract the dirt and soil with a PH balancing rinse agent which aids in drying, and leaves your carpet Ph balanced, perfect for proper adhesion of our fiber protector (Dupont Teflon Advanced).
